Chex Air LLC is a specialized aviation service provider with extensive experience in dry leases, wet leases and full charter agreements and contracts. Our proven track record is demonstrated by our repeated successes. We have successfully accommodated, operated and managed several aircrafts and companies even before Chex’s inception.

 

We have successfully accomplished the following:

• 2003 – We leased our first Lockheed L-1011-50.

• 2004 – We purchased an air operator certificate (AOC) from Professional Services, Inc., opened our doors in Curacao as a Caribbean operator in the whole region.

• 2005 – We acquired operational rights to a 757-200 ER, which was used as a passenger operator for US and South American routes under Primaries Airlines.

• 2005 – We acquired several contracts for our 737-201 regarding our Caribbean operation. Our second 737-201 was acquired.

• 2005 – We facilitated the Congolese AOC certification for Congo Airlines by conducting regular audits and revisions.

• 2006 – A 727-200 ER was provided to Lloyd Aereo Boliviano (LAB) under ACMI in South America.

• 2008 – We bought and sold for a profit a DC-3, two Cessna 172 (98’), four Cessna 206 (90’ & 92”).

• 2008 – We acquired Bolivian AOC (DSO–OPS–COA119-02039) under Eco Express srl for regional operation (PAX and cargo).

• 2010 – We signed an agreement with Morais Tours (Brazil’s biggest tour operator), sold vacation package deals, charter flights and seat tickets in Brazil.

• 2010 - We signed an agreement with ASTravel (Biggest Peruvian and Bolivian tour operator), sold vacation package deals, charter flights and seat tickets in Bolivia and Peru.

• 2012 – Leased 737-200 (PAX config.) to East Sky in Honduras.

• 2013 – Joint Venture agreement with Air Tahoma using Convair CV580 freighter for US, Caribbean and South America.

• 2015 – We acquired Chilean Airways SA (Charter Operator) and 737-200 for respective operation.

• 2018 – We operated as a subcontracted service using various aircraft in South America under Chilean Airways Spa.

• 2018 – We purchased BACAMS srl (MRO), started maintenance on regional Boeing aircrafts, BAE 146-200 & 300 and overhauled (Aero Products and Hamilton Standard) propellers for Mexico.

• 2019 – We dry leased Airbus A300 freighter for Bolivian company Sofia ltda.

• 2020 – We dry leased 777-200 ER (PAX config.) from Euro Atlantic to operate in Spain (Spain – Miami – Bolivia)

• 2020 – We dry leased BAE146 (PAX config.) from Fair Aviation (Africa) to operate for a Chilean sports team in Bolivia.

• 2021 – We managed charter operations in UAE, featuring a Cessna Citation X, an A320, an A340-300 and a 777-200 ER.

• 2022 – We were appointed as a representative for Sky Up Airline in the American region.

• 2023 - We leased an EMB 145 for South American operation.

• 2023 – We purchased a 737-300 from Romania.

• 2024 – We purchased Mitsubishi MU-300 under Chex Air LLC.
