All air charter transportation services endorsed by Chex Air are provided by third-party FAA-licensed direct air carriers, certified under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135, Part 129, or Part 121 by the Federal Aviation Administration, or duly licensed foreign direct air carriers.

Chex Air LLC abstains from offering services to individuals or entities associated with specific regions, including Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea region of Ukraine. We do not facilitate charter flights or services within these regions, either directly or indirectly.
